Now Hiring - Inside Sales in Santa Fe Springs, CA

We are seeking an inside sales representative to join our team at Metric Threaded Products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

General Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Process Sales Orders received from Customers
• Respond to Customer Inquiries via Email, as well as answer Phone Calls and assist customers
• Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints
• Resolve any outstanding issues with Sales Orders
• Cold calling and reaching out to potential customers in target markets
• Identifying and qualifying new sales leads

Job Qualifications:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exhibit effective problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Distribution Software experience a plus

Salary/Benefits

• $50,000-$60,000 annual salary
• Paid Holidays and Vacation
